Meeting with Jon!

Meeting with Jon!

Yes Claire, here's the post about my meeting with Jon, the previous Monday ;)

As you may remember from tonight's results show, the bus was making an entry to the Hangout hotel entrance. This is one part I remember most, because instead of standing near the crowd, I was standing at this round-about thingy. And when the bus made a drive through the turn-about, Jon happened to look at my direction. Then I waved. He waved back. Cos only a few of my newly met acquaintes (Pilar's friends. They're a nice bunch ^ ^) and I were standing there. So when I waved, he obviously saw me lor. Haha.

Anyway.

The Idols left, then we get to go up an personal with them. Jon settled at a corner of the round-about, and when all the fans settled down, the first first FIRST thing Jon said was:

Thank you, thank you all for coming here.

Nice right? Haha.

Well, after a few words and a brief introduction of the cameraman-dude, we went towards a lamp post and started the autograph-picture taking thingie. Jon saw me again, and went up to me as we headed to the lamp post. He was like, "Hey ^^ thanks for making your way here". We shook hands. Then I announced who I am, and he was like "=O --- =) Oh, hi Farhan! Thanks for all the comments you've posted". And I was like, "Yea, no problem ;)"

No I didn't wink. I don't do that, but it's more of my half-smile thingy. ;)

Anyway, what I got is his autograph. Pictured below, it reads "Farhan, Thanks man. Jon Leong". Nice ;) and I helped a certain friend from Scotland say hello to him ^ ^.

Jon is a really nice down-to-earth guy. Cool all round, quite relaxed. And even when he was asked to get going by the staff manager peoples, he keeps attending to request after request. XD While the session was short, it was enjoyable for all of us ;)

Ah, I gotta go. Head's killing me. And yeah, I went to the results show earlier on. Thanks Boon for accompanying me! Haha.

PS: I think Jon saw me. Haha. AND. If you were watchful, you'ld be able to see someone in a very uniformish-white sitting at the far right, audience perspective ;) also, during the part where they showed the Hangout thingie, I was there in a flash second. ;)

Night all. Been rough lately, but rough times makes the sweet memories sweeter.

Nuked.

Nuked.

Today, I was angry.

I didn't know why.

I didn't know how it happened.

I felt like I was betrayed, but I wasn't. And even so, it was my fault to have just ignored the situation when I had the chance.

But then again, I just want rest.

And now with the EXPLOSION, I need rest.

Very nicely, you've stumbled on my site, where I ramble on about inane stuff which is probably only worthwhile to me. Of course do feel free to read on. I go nuts if I can't vent my creative fustrations, but rest assured, what follows are some really really crazy writing in the middle of the night.

I guess I'm okay so far. I have some serious shit to patch up in both school and Sjab, but now's the time I keep my focus. The weekend's gonna be packed packed packed. I'm loaded with work right now.

Anyways...

NEWSFLASH!!!

NEUSRLY Owl Productions is here to cover a recent Singapore Idol event. A short Meet-the-Idols session was held at Hangout, at Sophia Road, Mount Emily. Fans, Idol enthusiasts and fluffy wuffy critters gather in a short meet-and-greet session with their favourite Idols. It had been an amazing night here, despite the event lasting for a short hour or so. Here the fans gather as they wait in anticipation for their favourite Idols to make their appearances. The nine celebrities were greeted with fan screams as their bus slowly coasted up to Hangout hotel.

Each of the Idols went to their corners in an informal greeting session with their fans. Within the short time allocated the Idols were allowed to mingle with the fans. Autographs were requested, photographs were taken. Not a person, badger or eeeeeevil villain left the area without a little something from the event.

The night did end early, and despite their best, the Idols eventually had to retire to their own dorms for... whatever they're doing next. In just an hour (or so), the lucky fans whom arrived had a little magic to their night, a little magic which shall last as they journey with their favourites through the Idol adventure.

Okay, I know, lame. But you get the picture! My brain isn't working, and I'm supposed to have completed the next version of the Japanese Roleplay script. I'm so screwed. I better go, before my braincells decide to chain-react and start a nuke inside my head. Without anasthetics.

Tomorrow, a proper post of my meeting with Jonathan! *woots and cheers* He remembers me, haha. He's a really, really nice guy.
