If it comes to Japanese artises, I can name three names - Ai Otsuka, YUI and Utada Hikaru. And out of these three ladies, I can't decide who's my favourite!! Really. They're good in their own way. YUI has this cute personality. *shy* she may appear reserved, but I find that cute. *cue Rei Ayanami*

Ai Otsuka is.. well, a bit strange. *dodges Teh Flying Pans* XD Okay. Maybe you don't know it, but I like a little strange. I'm not sure - I guess I'm a generally accepting person :P Ai Otsuka has a great talent. She can go all cutsie kawaii, but she does show she has that maturity in her songs too. If you look out for a live performance of Kingyo Hanabi, you'ld be shanazalled. Ya rly.

And then, Utada Hikaru - her songs can give you that hair-stand moment, anytime. She's just awesome. And for the fact, she speaks good English too. Bilingual, yeap. Really cool ^^

Anyway, I'm just taking this excuse to post one of Otsuka-san's vids - its a heartwarming one. The vid may appear... strange (:P) but it actually holds lots of meanings, once you read the translation. Here goes:

It was weird. I was just browsing around, and I read a comment in Jon's SI blog. A Hady fan is asking for help, saying that there were "Jon" fans flaming Hady. I've left Hady's blog a comment (well, it's a link I followed from Jon's fansite, jonathanleong.net) and rest assured Hady fans, these people are only troublemakers, as we're hit by "Hady" fans who are flaming Jon. For no good reason, to add.

But that's not the thing.

I browsed around a few webpages, and then I heard Jon's rendition of You Give Me Wings (the one during the Grand Finals), and I thought, 'Hey, it's Hady's song now'. Then I don't know what happened. I felt tears, and the next thing is, 'I want it to be Jon's song!!'

And emo moment, ha. Yeah... well, people had been upset right after the results reveal that Hady's the new Singapore Idol. I was happy for Hady, I was proud of Jon for making this far. He did his best, and I was inspired. But I guess after some time, after all the time of staying strong, I just felt really sad that Jon didn't get the title. Though I know it's not the biggest deal. I guess that's what happened, so... yeah.

Yes. I still feel the tears. They can't actually come out, heh heh. *shrug*

Well enough of that.

Honestly? I feel happy, actually. =) well SOMEONE knows why... darn. Hahaha.

HADY MIRZA!!

HADY MIRZA!!

Wow! Finally. It's chosen - the new Singapore Idol is Hady Mirza. Congrats to the man ;)

However. Jon is Da Man. He still is. In these days, ANYONE can be a good singer. But it takes a special quality within to outshine the other stars. Jon has that quality, and that's why I vote for him. And while he may not be the Singapore Idol, I say congrats to him for making it this far, AND guys, look - it's his dream to just perform on the stage itself. The ultimate stage in Singapore! Never mind the title - he's got his dream fulfilled. And the next stage to where he goes would be advantageous because he's bounded off this platform to really start off his music career - which is the Singapore Idol competition itself. So, I'm not worried. =) Jon rocks, and he's MY Singapore Idol =)

In other news... I did something crazy tonight. Rather, this morning. Just wanna say - it's okay. =)

I'm actually motivated to blog! Yay.

I'm contemplating with my feelings. It's not a big deal. But I felt a hammer land and it was crushing. Moreso because I let myself off guard too much. So, my fault. But, no big deal still. I just don't like the feeling; when it first came. It's very... destroying.

It was funny. Most of the time, I've been giving advice to Zev. Just last morning the tables turned, and he advised ME instead. Which is a little weird. BUT. It does make me realise something.

I've lost something. Dammit.

Now, it's just the matter of searching for it again...

This will take time.

I'm playing RO too much. Heh heh. I'm actually thinking of learning all (or at least most) of the tutorials in that Flash book. Might as well learn, no? And if possible, I'm gonna make a Buffy CCG Flash version. Hah. Big words from the Evil Bastard.

Dairies of a hunter, Part 1

So it was another hunt expedition for me. It has always been me, darn it. Where are my party members...? I met that ShaolinMerchant guy again only recently, but he only was at the Merchant Fields, selling away some stuff in I would say, outrageous prices. But then again, most of them bastard Merchants only sell stuff at really high prices.

Maybe there could be one, who actually sell stuff at a lower price AND still make a profit.

Anyways.

I remembered a while back, I travelled west of Geffen, just for a little exploration. My first time there was a real surprise. Who would have figured those puppy-cute Kobold creatures would actually create weapons that actually hurrt a-realll baaaad. REALLY!

I mean, they're just like this. Little things, and kinda cute. BUT THEY ACTUALLY HAVE WEAPONS. And they hurt. So it took a chunk of Potions from me, darn. At least their fur is a good sale to the standard market. Makes up for all that lost Zeny I would have spent on for potions.

Well the picture above shows the archer Kobolds. They're the meanest. Somehow there's always a couple of them in a group. Kinda like a pack hunt thing. These guys actually ganged up on me once! >.> good thing, potions. And of course Jean, my hawk. He's really cool. Sometimes he'd just swoop down and claw the hides out of these Kobold bastards.

Really, their weapons hurt. At least the Archer types. There are others, and they may wield axes, hammers and a couple I saw? Morning Stars. Like, man; of all the weapons they could have... not that I'm complaining. These guys have a pretty bad aim... or maybe it's me good at the dodge. Hehe.

And recently, I just discovered they're not only lurking near Geffen - they're also at this part of the Morroc desert, towards the swamp areas west Morroc. There's practially a tribe there. Little bastards start to swamp me, oh my. Goodies there's an alternate route to the beach.

Yes beach. Where the Sea Otters are. The Kobold things are mean? The Sea Otters are bastards. But that's for another time.

Well I'm off to the beach again. Sea Otter hide really fetches a price. Till next time, good huntin'.

I probabaly should mention something here. Though it's one (no, actually it's the MANY MANY times :P) of those times when I do not know what to blog, when I should be blogging.

But hey lookie! An MSN alert, displaying an email from idol jon (those Jon-fan dude and dudettes). Let's see what they've written...

Oh. It's the Mediacorp's invitation for fans of any of the Idols to get a chance to turn up in Idol's trailers or something. Which I already know of. lol.

And yeah. I think I would like to take this up. But basket, it's from 8 am to 2 pm. On a Friday. Thing is, it's on a Friday. Which means, Friday prayers. I don't like skipping prayers... I'll feel unhealthy. Of some sorts XD And the other thing about this is...

IT BEGINS AT 0800 hrs.

BASKET it's like heading to school on a weekday.

And after the final last-minute rehearsal of today's Annual General Inspection for St Johns, I know now more than ever that I'M NOT A MORNING PERSON. I felt so tired in the morning, even though it was at it's transition to the afternoon. I felt too damn shagged. And now that it's nighttime, I feel S U P E R. Lol.

Bah, anyways. I'm heading to play Ragnarok Online. After eating a home-made burger, which deals with too much mayonnaise to Boon's comfort and actually involves cows, and not sheep.

At least for now.
