The other desk. Where Carel and Yuan Ting would be, but I'd rarely be, unless it's a Team Interns get-together, or together-tutorial session. Sorta.

The two wonderful ladies. Whom happen to be much, much more hardworking than I am.

View outside the second desk. Not foggy, just covered with the blinds.

Was eating that ikan asam pedas (some spicy fish dish).

Bit on a bone. But it got lodged in between my teeth, deep into the gums.

Hurts bad, but no bleeding. Haha.

Anyways, I made a few edits around here.

Yes, first song is a chinese song. Haha.

Met up with Sabirah the previous weekend, with Mariana.

While Mariana had to check her email stuff, Sabirah and I talked about lots of stuff.

I thought it was me. Like I should take up more initiative.

But when she told me about that, it really shocked me.

Didn't know it would actually lie beneath the surface.

And it makes more sense now.

Seems like some people aren't exactly liking their attachment.

So far it's been good. People within my department are nice.

It gets frickin' cold sometimes.

Cause I'm normally situated near the windows, where right above, the air conditioner.

FREEEZE man. Haha.

But,

I think what's making the attachment nice so far is company. Haha.

Glad that at least Kelvin and Carel are there.

Anyways.

This is rediculous, but I'm going to bed. Haha.

OCBC!

OCBC!

Located within OCBC Center East. The branch I am at is Enterprise Banking. What my department deals with is generally preperation and administrative of client relations, which includes paperwork, records etc. The team I'm assigned to deals with client relations in the Food and Beverage sector. The primary task assigned to me is to update their newly launched system. I learnt the basic features and how to interface with the new system.

Part of it used in daily journal. LOL!

OMG!

OMG!

So I recieved a call from Mr Sankara earlier this evening.

When he told me my SIP company had changed, I was like, okay.

When he told me it's at OCBC, I was like, whaaaa??

And when I logged in to see this:

I'm like, *gasp*!

Hmmmm.

Task: To provide admin support on the following areas: staff training materials, updates on market intelligence, fund monitoring, update unit trust product library.

Admittedly I've got the initial excitement about the task, and where the internship shall be at.

Now that the excitement's died down, I can't help but have this foreboding sense of dread eating slowly from the inside.

Look at the task, it's DBSY. Database Systems.

Yeah, I'm not especially good at that...

But. I'm always ready to take the challenge.

Yeah man.

But I do wanna know what MOE is like.

Considering I'm taking the path of NIE pretty surely. Lol!

So anyways.

Glad to hear Kelvin Leong's in the same building as me. We can meet and stuff and go do our intern work and meet and have dinner or something as we meet to head home. Or something.

You know what.

I'm starting to feel excited again about my internship.

And really, thank God it's not in a faraway place. Closer and more accessible this time, which is a plus.

A good thing there's a mosque nearby.

But, I know there's a McDonalds and a Burger King in the vicinity..

Other than that, I don't know of a suitable food place thingy. Hmmm..

Dang.

Speaking of which.

I'm hungry.
